Master Room:
The Master bedroom offers a king sized 4 poster bed, looking out onto the pool, and a comfortable sofa from which to gaze at the pool or watch TV. A large bathroom is attached, with double sinks, a separate shower, and soaking bathtub. There is also a generous study room, with peaceful views out to the garden. (The study can be used to place a baby cot for parents, if needed).
Guestroom 1:
This rooms offers 2 queen sized beds, each bed also has a single pull out mattress underneath. This room can be configured to fit up to 4 adults or 6 children as required. It also has an en-suite bathroom with rainshower, and TV with cable channels.
Guestroom 2:
This room can be configured as either a twin room, or a king size room. The en-suite bathroom has a dual entrance which can also be accessed from the outdoor corridor, or locked for private use.
Garden Room:
Separated from the main house structure, the garden villa offers another layer of privacy. Furnished with a king bed, as well as a large sofa for relaxation. The en-suite bathroom offers a separate shower, and bath. Perfect if visiting with grandparents!
Main House:
The open kitchen is modern and spacious, with top of the range appliances including a Smeg gas cooker, Siemens oven and microwave, dishwasher, as well as all necessary cutlery, crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. For younger guests, there is a range of children’s cutlery and crockery, as well as a high chair. Behind the kitchen there is a small laundry area with a washer and dryer, and utility sink, as well as a single maids room with en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen counter and bar stools back onto a large teakwood dining table, which can seat up to 10 guests. The dining area flows directly into the living area, which has 2 large deep sofas and a couple of armchairs, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The TV has cable channels as well as Apple TV.
The living and dining areas both face directly towards the pool, with large bi-fold doors which can be opened fully for an in/out living experience. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs, from which to enjoy a sunset drink or some culinary delights from the 4 burner gas barbeque nearby.
Outside:
The villa is built around a 10m long pool, perfect for cooling down in Phuket’s sunny climate. On the far side, there is a shallow jacuzzi area, perfect for adults to relax in, and also an ideal size and depth for little ones to use as a baby pool area. There are 4 sunloungers, and also a couple of umbrellas for those that prefer to relax in the shade. Also on the far side is a tranquil sala area, complete with sofas for an afternoon snooze away from the sun, or a refreshing cocktail in the evening.
Beyond the sala there is a large expanse of grass, which gives the villa its aura of seclusion, as well as providing an enclosed area for kids to run around in, or play a game or two. The perimeter walls are planted with a selection of tall tropical trees and plants. These are lit up in the evening by landscape lighting, creating a pretty picture for outdoor dinners and drinks.
