Tour buses bypass our little bay, and deliver the tourists to the jetty in a bay just south of us, so it is very quiet and peaceful here.

The neighborhood

The estate is located in a quiet fishing village, with both Thai and Western restaurants, local markets and eateries nearby, including a 7/11 within walking distance. The protected inlet fronting the estate is ideal for year round boating to nearby islands for swimming and snorkeling. Local boats departing from the nearby jetty service day trips to nearby island getaways for day trips or longer stays at accommodation suitable for all budgets.

Getting around

Great for cycling on quiet, well maintained country roads and to local farmers markets for fresh seafood and produce. Going further afield to the shopping complexes, golf courses, world famous west coast beaches, and national parks in Phuket and neighbor provinces, generally requires a car, taxi, or motor bike.

Other things to note

Full-time Thai management, technical and security staff on site can also provide assistance and several speak good English. There are also a small number of year round and seasonal residents at the estate, both foreign and Thai, all of whom are friendly and welcoming.
